I've decided to run in the Seattle Rock 'n' Roll 1/2 marathon in June. I registered today and training starts... today! Now, I've done some "light running" in the past (think 5K fun runs), but never a real, serious, I'm in pain, call a doctor, why did I do this, I hate running kinda run. Wish me luck!
